Hello. I am trying to decide what major to do. I like both Biology and the Humanities subjects (such as History, Law, Politcs etc…). I really don’t know what to do because I really like both subjects! I know they are completely different, but I cannot decide. This is why I am considering a double major. Is it possible to do a Biology and History double major? Would it be a lot of work? If there is anyone who has done this, or has this problem, please tell me!! Thanks!
Yes, it is possible (at most colleges) to do this, but you have to start early - in your freshman year, preferably - and stay on track with the major. Biology, in particular, has classes you have to take in sequence. You can’t take upper-level classes without foundational ones.
