Double major in film or not?

Hey everybody,
I am having a bit of a problem deciding what the right path is for me right now. I want to work in the film industry and pursue an MBA, MFA, or both (At NYU or Chapman through the joint programs). I am currently majoring in international studies with an exceptional GPA. I am a transfer student, and I took my time in CC so I already graduating at the age of 24. If I pursue a double major in film, I will be 25 years old by the time I graduate.

I have a second option, which is to take a very full course load while taking some film classes and graduate next year. I understand that MBA programs recommend years of work experience, so I do not want to be in my 30s while I am in the program.

So I guess my question is, should I take on the double major, leaving room for internships, creative projects and the like to build up a portfolio before I graduate? or would a better option be that I graduate next year and get work experience for grad school?

Can you talk to somebody who is doing what you want to do and see what they did?

Also, what is wrong by being 25 vs. 24 when you graduate? If you double major and take your time, you can take the film courses and have time to actually work on the films.

If you want to do film, do it now, otherwise you may never get back to it.
