Double majoring in Physics and Computer Science

If I attend UT, I’ll be a Dean’s Scholar (which I really love) and so the classes I take will have different requirements for the major. Is this degree plan possible? Is it doable? How exactly does one even double major at UT? I look at the website and I’m just confused because I don’t understand the terminology used. These are the requirements for computer science and physics https://cns.utexas.edu/images/CNS/Students/Honors/14-16_Degree_Plans/BS.CS.HN.1416.pdf https://cns.utexas.edu/images/CNS/Students/Honors/14-16_Degree_Plans/BS.PHY.HN.1416.pdf

How do I tell if they overlap or if they can be completed in 4 years?

Also, if I got into the program for physics, but want to switch my second choice major from Bio to Computer Science in april, will I be able to send in my updated test scores (from December 2014)? Or will they reevaluate the application I originally sent?
