I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's in accounting with the intent to reach the 150 credit requirement to pass the CPA exam. Would it be wise for me to double major in accounting AND finance, or could I just take a bunch of random courses that I find interesting? I enjoy finance, but I would almost rather just take a bunch of different classes which would hopefully give me a more well-rounded education. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Double majoring could be worth it since you would only need to take a few more courses to obtain the finance degree. I’m not sure if taking random classes would be much beneficial than a double major. I highly doubt it though.
