I agree to carry KEYS the bandi belt would feel weighted down. I remove my key from my key chain and only carry one key (house key) or remove and carry only the car key if I’m out exercising.
This is interesting - I haven’t noticed it before at Athleta online. Outfitted Bundles:

Also related to Athleta…I have some rewards I need to spend soon - has anyone tried any of the Athleta joggers?
https://athleta.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=1046322&nav=meganav%3ABOTTOMS%3ACATEGORIES%3AJoggers%20%26%20Sweatpants
I feel like I’m answering all of the questions. I have a pair of the athleta farallon joggers. I really like them. They are a cotton material, but super comfortable and pretty flattering. I have an olive pair and I wore them quite a bit in the spring.
I also ordered a pair of the textured Brooklyn joggers. They fit well and are cute on. I ordered a pair that were on sale and they came in. Mustard yellow. The material is light. I think if you wanted a light pant to wear instead of shorts, they would be good.
I’m going to return as I just wear shorts or skorts in the summer. I just don’t wear pants in the summer no matter how light the fabric is. The Brooklyn joggers are going back
I ordered some joggers (probably Capri style) in the spring but I didn’t like them and sent them back. They don’t have the ones I ordered any longer.
I like the looks of the Salutation.
I also don’t put a pair of pants on - of any sort - jeans or whatever - until shorts/skorts until fall. Guess I’m planning ahead
This is one of the ones I’m looking at - I like the zip pockets and the phone pocket on the side back.

I like the salutation EXCEPT for the pocket placement.
@abasket that’s an interesting twist Athleta is doing with the Bundles. I am sure it is a new thing to try to combat the downturn in retail from Covid.
Thanks for the input on the exercise belts. I like that api belt. I have several pairs of athletic pants/skorts and most of them don’t have pockets. So until they get replaced, a belt will be a big help. (Tucking my phone into my waistband is not a good look)
I have not been able to run the past 2 months (darn!). But when I do, I usually need a combination of pockets and pouches to hold keys, phone, water, tissue, necco wafers. I usually carry small amounts of water, but in summer it’s just too much for my pockets.
I have a few different belts I use for phone or water, since both can be too heavy for some of the shorts waistbands. But I do have some shorts that work well with this - https://www.amazon.com/Buddy-Magnetic-Personal-Hydration-Pouch/dp/B010C65V2I/ref=pd_bxgy_img_3/143-9173814-8093668?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B010C65V2I&pd_rd_r=9136344c-f017-402a-a65f-7e98e7c66f3c&pd_rd_w=OiK4h&pd_rd_wg=CT1er&pf_rd_p=ce6c479b-ef53-49a6-845b-bbbf35c28dd3&pf_rd_r=8Y88HFK5M30KFC3PF5SC&psc=1&refRID=8Y88HFK5M30KFC3PF5SC
There is also a “Buddy” for cellphones. I bought it to use with pocket-less pants/leggings (in back, under loose top) . But most of my pants have pockets, so with covid I have not had much chance to try it.
I am glad that our fashion experts are also running experts!
I bought Lulu Align crops. They run huuuge. Size 8 is falling off my butt.

Those are so comfortable. Are you going to exchange for a 6? I think mine are a 6 and definitely roomier than the Align longer pants.
@MomofWildChild I decided to keep the 8. Housepants! Not going to wear them outside the yard for sure.
I like those cropped Lululemon pants. I know my H would find them funny looking. How high are they in the waist? My only thought is that I find my Align bike short length pair to be a bit high waisted for my taste. That’s one reason I prefer Athleta salutation style workout leggings. Off to see if Athleta has a similar style.
@abasket I’m also interested in trying a jogger. What I don’t care for in the style you linked is the tie at the waist. My tops all seem to go a bit past the waist and and I don’t stuck things in so ties at the waist look bulky.
The Align crops are quite high in the waist, but you can fold them down if you want.
I just got the Rothy’s new lace up shoe. Came today. I got the off-white (not the stark white). I think I like them a lot. They have a good insole and are cute. They might be cute with that Lulu dress if I go with the sneakers/dress look. I’m glad I ignored their sizing advice to size down if you are a half size with a normal width foot. I sized up to 8 and they are perfect. https://rothys.com/womens/new-arrivals
@mom60, I don’t tuck anything in either - except a slight french tuck - which I could do with those. I also though don’t like form fitting tops so I personally am not worried about the tie bulking things up. But, a smooth waist is also desirable!
@mom60 - yup, they are pretty high waisted.
A few more reviews popped up. The consensus is the pants are comfy, but run large, fit weird, and not that great for wearing outside the house.
I ordered a few things from Athleta
These remind me of the align wide leg crop

They are high waisted also The cognac brown is a nice rusty brown.
I also ordered this cropped top https://athleta.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=530839032&cid=49982&pcid=49982&vid=1&grid=pds_13_241_1&cpos=13&cexp=1501&kcid=CategoryIDs%3D49982&cvar=11273&ctype=Listing&cpid=res20072813513460553955966#pdp-page-content
On me, the top fits over the top of the high waisted crops. I think that it’s a cute look. I also ordered that top in black
Those are cute! I just really like the Align fabric.
@deb922, both of those are darling, youthful and will look wonderful on you. Love them.
I just put an Athleta dress on Poshmark and I love the cut, but not the color as much as I thought. I’ve only wore it twice because of that. There were 2 colors when I ordered them 4 years ago, blue and orange. I should have ordered the blue. I see the blue on Poshmark and eBay, I’m considering ordering it, but wondering if I should just move on to something else.
Plus one! It is so soft.
These are en route to me - got good reviews so I hope they fit nicely into my WFH wardrobe!
Currently eyeing the 70% off JCrew sale. But I really don’t need anything - I am at home at my computer for 80-90% of my time and doing household chores the rest. I go out maybe once a week and never to see anyone in person, just to the grocery store or something.
Anyone try the Lulu Align joggers? How does the sizing compare to the regular legging style?
@surfcity I am a sucker for linen. The pants look comfy.
