Are the scholarships and grants for 5 years? Or only 4?

Got in.
ACT: 32
Major - CS
Drexel grant = $21500

@m2kats I have the same question

@m2kats @ppxyz123 The money is good for all quarters in school. If you are in a 5 year co-op program, on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years you would get 2/3 of merit and grants since you are only attending 2 quarters. Not sure how it works if you are accepted to a 5 year BS/MS program. I don’t think the money would extend to the Grad year, but you should call to confirm.

Accepted: ACT 31, GPA 3.6 (Electrical Engineering)
Drexel Scholarship = $16,400
Drexel Grant = $12.600
Still costs = $39,792
Needed to come in $32,000 or under… off the list

My son was ACCEPTED into Westphal for Film & TV Production! Now we can relax and patiently wait to hear from the other schools!
GPA: 3.1 SAT: 1320

Thank you. My daughter was accepted to the accelerated 5 year with 3 co-op program for chemical engineering.

Are the Drexel grants considered merit or financial need based? We didn’t finish the CSS profile yet and wasn’t sure if that was the reason for not getting a grant from Drexel or if it was based on academics. My son got a Drexel Scholarship of 14,700 in his acceptance so just wanted to check. Thanks!

Drexel is a CSS school so that could be the case if you were anticipating financial aid in addition to the merit. I completed that but my D did not receive additional financial aid above the scholarship but our EFC is high.

Merit is based on your academic performance. Financial Aid is based on your need.

stats?

what major?
