Drexel University or Iowa State University for CS?

Ok, as in general i know that isu is ranked better than drexel.
But I’m still having doubts.
Drexel has admitted me to honors program + 30,300 per annum scholarship + provisional BS/MS in 5 year with 3 co-op (3.5 year study + 1.5 year work exp) in which i only pay fees of 4 year. Its in Philadelphia which is a nice city and since I have been raised in a city environment, i think that as a plus point but dont know if i should consider that while deciding

Iowa state university has not offered me anything such. No honors or accelerated course. Plus its in a town kinda area.

I am a international student. My counselor says for isu as it has better ranking and says it is easier for a international to kind job as compared to drexel. But i think that should be quite opposite as in isu i will mostly have to rely on campus fair and most of them will look for nationals even for internship and in a metro area i think i will have enough company exposure out of fair to try for internship.

If anyone could, tell me pro and cons of both university and which will be better at the end.
As a international, should i even consider the percentage of ethnicity? Like what percentage of people around me are going so i might not feel isolated?
Also as an asian, me and my family are also concerned about the hate crime or racism that might be faced, but since its everywhere i suppose it should be comparatively

P.S. - after scholarship in drexel, both have nearly same cost of attendence.

ISU has an excellent and large career fair every year. I would check with them specifically about placement of international students. It is also very white. We are Asian (from Chicago area) and my son was offered a full tuition scholarship - this is only offered to minorities with gpa 3.5 or higher and act of I think 27 or higher to help diversify their campus. So they do make efforts in this area and I wouldn’t worry too much about racism (though in Trump’s America it is a bit more of concern now). You would also get more of the typical big American university experience here. The atmosphere is considered to be very collaborative too.

Although ISU has the higher ranked program, Drexel does have co-op which helps to distinguish its program. Also, being on the east coast, there is a larger concentration of companies in the area.

If you are likely to travel home each year it will be difficult to travel from ISU - it is pretty much in the middle of no where. You would have to travel to Des Moines and then connect to a major airport. Unfortunately because Des Moines is not a busy airport, there are a lot of cancellations when there are weather or system issues.
