I am a h.s. senior who is taking a World Lit class at a local college through dual-enrollment. The class doesn't count toward my h.s. grad requirements. I am going to be lucky to pull a B but I will most likely get a C. I wanted to know whether or not this is would adversely affect my med school admission especially sense I will be an English or Comp Lit major. Will med schools take into account that I took the class as a h.s. student? Or, should I just retake the class at my college?

It's only one class. I wouldn't worry about it. Just do well in your other courses. By the time you've finished your BS (or BA) you will have so many credits that one C shouldn't really change your GPA much. You might get asked about it during med school interviews but that's it.
