Duke ED Class of 2016

I bid you all farewell. Best of luck to those of you who got in.

deferred :(

Deferred. Congratulations to those who got in. Holding on to an unlikely morsel of hope until April though. :(

accepted~can’t believe it…

ACCEPTED Woohoo!

in denial… i can’t get myself to check!

ACCEPTED.

so ecstatic. i screamed for a good minute, then fell on the floor and starting cackling.

ACCEPTED. Oh my God. I cannot believe it. I am literally having a mental freak out right now. Happiest day of my life!

Pratt or Trinity everyone?

For you Pratt kids, see ya at orientation.

Accepted~
Pratt!!!

ACCEPTED!!
Trinity

Daughter was accepted!!! So happy, so overwhelmed!!!
Oh, and got a 75% grant, too!!! :D

S accepted to Trinity. I’m trying to figure out how to use the template so I can post his stats on the other thread.

Accepted!!! I don’t remember being this happy !! Will post stats later . Congrads yo those who got in! Good Luck to the rest!

Anyone else that was deferred or rejected get the idea that financial aid was a potential reason despite Duke being “need blind”. I’m not saying it was the deciding factor, but everything I read said they cross referenced the two when they’re really not supposed to etc. Just an idea. My counselor feels the same way, just wondering what y’all think.

Accepted!! I even submitted my subpar sat and a failing AP french score (I got a 1 on it lol)!!! Still can’t believe its happening!

I got below 2000 for my SAT, haven’t checked the decision since I’m at school. Gah. Scared. :(

I really don’t think so. My SAT score was lower than 2100 and I was still accepted with $52,480 each year for financial aid

Deferred.

Posting stats nt

Congratulations to all who got in!!!
I know you all are excited ….We would appreciate if some of you can give your stats …as my daughter is a sophomore and Duke is her DREAM SCHOOL and she is working hard to be able to get in Duke ….
