hey there! these are the top two engineering programs i was accepted into, and i was wondering if anyone could provide advice regarding advantages/disadvantages of both programs (academics, research, social life, etc.) any info is greatly appreciated!
btw i'm slightly leaning towards chemical engineering, but it's pretty tentative right now.

Duke doesn’t have a chemical engineering program. We only have biomedical, civil and environmental, electrical and computer, and mechanical and materials.

Duke is one of the best at biomedical and a lot of the research, even in the other departments (I’m only familiar with BME and ME) have to do with human health. Of course, there’s lots of other types of research as well. In ECE, there’s Dr. Smith who’s pretty famous for his work in EM metamaterials (the “invisibility cloak”).
