Dummies... How do they work?

For my test in December, I had CR dummy section.

So for January test, it's either Math or Writing dummy, righT?!?

Hopefully… Not sure though.

I’m pretty sure it’s complete chance on whichever one you get… so it’s still plausible that you can get a CR “dummy” section.

do they tell you which part is dummy when you do the test, or do you find out when you get your score?
Please let me… oh i’m so nervous…

When you take the test, it’s whichever section you have 4 of.

You have a chance of getting one of the 3 at any test date.

sorry i don’t understand. can somebody explain? what is

??

In every SAT there are 3 writing sections, 3 critical reading sections, and 3 math sections. BUT there are 10 sections total, so that “extra” section, be it math, cr, or writing is the dummy section. So if you have 4 sections in a certain topic, then one of them is a dummy section

i see. thanks!
