<p>Whats the difference with the 50000 types of ways of applying.</p>
<p>I know what EA , ED and Regular is.</p>
<p>But what the heck is EA 1 EA 2 and all that.</p>
<p>Some schools give you 2 chances to apply early AND be committed to attending. For instance, if you apply to School X early (ED, ED1 or EA), and are rejected or deferred, you could then apply to School Z ED2. If you are then accepted by School Z, you are committed to attend and must withdraw any other applications.</p>
