<p>Like everyone, I'm pretty anxious myself ;) I was just wondering if anyone wants to give me some input, really looking for it.</p>

School Honors: Magna Cum Laude (9,10,11,12); Honors English Student of the Year (10,11); World History Student of the Year (10)</p>
<p>ECs: Varsity Rowing (9,10,11,12) - State Champion (2013); Podium Position (3rd) at Midwest Scholastic Championships (2011); Total 18 medals in 7 seasons (3 fall, 4 spring). I usually practice 5-9 times a week, 48 weeks of the year. Each practice is apprx 2-3 hrs long.
Varsity Skiing (9,10,11,12) - Team All-District (3rd place finish in 2013). Team Captain (12).
Youth Ministry (11,12) - On the campus Youth Ministry team (help in mass, read in mass, Eucharistic minister, etc.)
Local Parish Youth Group (9,10,11,12) - Religious study every Sunday night and community service apprx. 2 times a month
Caddy (6 years) - Caddy at local CC in summer; highest rank of caddy; 3rd highest round count for the summer of 2013. Will work around 20 hrs a week in the summer.
Golf Staff (1 year) - Recently joined the golf staff of the CC I caddied for. Work around 16 hrs a week.
NHS (10,11,12) - Co-President of NHS (12); community service
Play Piano (9 years) - Took lessons for 6 years, now just play casually. Not concert, but I know popular songs such as "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin and "Boston" by Augustana
Volunteer at local parish Friday Fish Fry during Lent (10,11) - Volunteered for around 6 hrs for 5 weeks during Lent</p>
<p>Essays - Told they were well-written, showcased punctuation very well, and the topics were unique
Teacher Recommendation - Had my English teacher who has been my teacher the past 2 years write one, pretty confident that it was good.
Counselor Recommendation - No close relation, so I wouldn't know
Other Recommendation - My old rowing coach. He knows my passionate, intense side. Pretty confident it was good.
Hook - None.</p>
<p>Really hoping to get in. ND has been my number 1 choice for a while now, and all I've seen online are tests scores and GPAs that get in, but really haven't gotten any input on the subject from anyone I know, so anything anyone has to say would help :) Feel free to be as mean as possible, too ;)</p>
