I understand that people started receiving decisions today
if we didnt get one are we likely to be rejected/waitlisted?

btw be honest, i need an answer not bs

You’re asking if you didn’t get a letter today, then you got rejected? Absolutely not. As far as I know the only people who got letters today were people with 1350+ SAT scores or people who live really close to Bing. Most people will have received letters by mid January if not before then. Don’t freak if you don’t get a letter in the next few days, most won’t be received until after new years, so relax and have a good holiday.

Actually, we are from NC my sister just got the letter, but doesn’t mean that who didn’t get it today is not in! Realize it’s Xmas time, lots of mail gets lost, or delayed, so hold your hopes, and wish you the best of Luck! HAppy Holidays!

Bing did not do EA last year I think? But the year before my daughter did apply EA and the admits and rejects and deferrals all came to her classmates the same day (she was deferred). So not necessarily a rejection if you didn’t get it today.

Agree with Muffy. I got deferred in '08 and then accepted in March!
don’t give up, OK? Also, they used to let you know decisions online, which surprisingly don’t do this year.

I don’t think anyone received a rejection letter today; all of them seem acceptance letters, and it stays true with my group of friends. Other people who EA’d to Binghamton did not receive letters, while people who were accepted did. Stay optimistic, I guess.
