Does anyone know when Stanford University emails its EA decisions to international students?

This link has the following information posted. Look at the fifth paragraph, international EA applicants.

Dear Early Action Applicants,

We placed our Early Action decision letters in the mail on Friday afternoon, December 10, and expect that most letters will have reached their destinations by the end of the following week.

All decisions letters were sent to the mailing address you provided on the Basic Information Form (Form 1) of the application. If you are currently at a different address, your decision letter will be waiting for you when you return to that address.

In an effort to allow the mail to arrive, we will not give admission decisions over the telephone until Thursday, December 16. While we understand that you are anxious to learn of your decision as quickly as possible, we ask that you wait for the mail to arrive and not call us until December 16.

Please understand that we do not give decisions over the phone to anyone but the applicant him- or herself.

Except in the case of students living outside the United States, we do not email decisions. We also do not make decisions available on our website.

We thank you for identifying Stanford as your first-choice school. It was an honor to read your thoughtful applications, learn of your accomplishments, and come to understand why you are so highly thought of by your counselors and teachers.

We wish each and every one of you the very best as you consider the many options that lie before you.

Sincerely,

The Office of Undergraduate Admission
