Accepted from NJ lol
Honors Program and Dean’s Scholarship

Hey guys! I’m an NU freshman. For the record, they DO reject people EA (I saw someone earlier post otherwise), so if you’re deferred don’t count yourself out. Also I’m pretty sure they’re need-blind, not need aware.

A lot of you seem to be saying that a lot of deferred applicants get in, but I found that largely untrue last year. Very few were admitted regular after deferral, some were rejected/waitlisted, but several got NUin admission (which is unaffordable for a lot of people). Also, I don’t think Northeastern accidentally sent the wrong decisions letters…lol.

A lot of the prediction software isn’t accurate for NU just because of how quickly the profile is rising; if a bunch of kids got in with your stats last year, it doesn’t necessarily mean you should get in. Let me know if you guys have questions.

@Boopdadoop did you demonstrate that you don’t need financial aid? I think they are accepting people that definitely can pay too (even though your stats are good)

@pjhd12 Can u copy and paste the part that says u got into the Scholars Program?

Still nothing from Michigan…

@novafan1225 answer this, is this all worth it???

@novafan1225 well northeastern is deceptively harder than it look slike to get in…

C’mon North Carolina. Can we got some love for the south from NU?

This is a pretty poor way to release decisions…
