Guys… One quick question… How does the fafsa works? Do they give another type of aid or is our current aid the limit to what we can receive?
@Purpleheart16, the FAFSA determines what kind of need-based aid, federal loans and work study you are eligible for, in addition to academic scholarship.
That means that if I submit the fafsa the financial aid will basically stay the same?
I checked after school and got accepted for biomedical engineering! I also got offered into their honors program and the AJ scholarship gave me $16k annually. Even with the scholarship, it’s pricey. So I’ll wait and see on whether or not I’ll go. But I’m still very happy that I got in!

@purpleheart16 Did it say that they couldn’t offer you admissions through EAI on the portal and that you were being pushed into EAII when EAI results were posted? They told me that I’m being pushed into RD because of technical issues with my application and it said they were unable to offer me admissions through EAII and that they will review my application in RD. Sorry, I’m just freaking out a bit and trying to make sure I wasn’t deferred. Thanks

That’s really cool. I applied to their entrepreneurship program, but I’ve experienced a change of heart, and actually want to major in public health. If you’re planning on visiting any time soon you should check out the High School Photography Exhibit, I have a picture being featured in it. @alexysnichelle
I looked up the Exhibit and saw some of the awarded photographs; it seems to be an amazing exhibit! I’ll keep that in mind when I visit in April (hopefully)! Have you visited the school? @WeGotThis
