<p>Yeah, I wouldn’t read into the ACCEPT part of the URL. I googled part of the URL to check if there was anything about something like that online and it took me up to a page in Chinese related to the University of Manchester. I think it is just part of the design of the portal and that both the U of Manchester and UNC use the same type of design!</p>

<p>It probably has to do with the fact that it’s not a static page. When you enter a new window, it’s under the same session/cookie/whatever you want to call it it, so it’s like saying you accept to go to a new page I’m babbling I honestly don’t know what I’m talking about lol</p>
