early decision and scholars college - chances

I really want to go to SOM.
GPA - 91.5
SAT - 2270 Writing 730 Reading 770 Math 800
SAT II's: Math II - 800 Chem - 760 World History - 770

11th grade: AP Chem, BC Calculus (I've skipped a grade in math, but I only got a B in calc for both semesters)
12th grade: I will be taking AP Physics C, AP Computer Science, AP Micro/Macro Economics
as well as an internship at a scientific research center

EC
140 hours of volunteering
cross country - will be 4 years, I have a shot of being captain this fall
ultimate frisbee - one season
For the last two summers I have been teaching ESL to young adults
Clubs - NONE

I know admission to Bing has been getting much more competitive in the past couple years and I'm mainly worried because I have so few extracurriculars.
I hear EA won't be offered for the class of 2014 so I'm wondering - do I have a pretty good chance if I don't ED?

Also the website is a bit vague about the credentials needed for the scholars college. Is it only GPA and grades or do EC's matter a lot? Will I have a chance of getting an invitation?

Thanks for the help guys.

I can’t give you any concerete advice other than to apply really EARLY. ECs don’t have to be clubs, you have involvement in a few activities, so it’s not that you don’t have anything! Don’t be so hard on yourself! Also, if you’re not accepted to Scholars, don’t worry, it’s not a whole lot of merit money and it would limit you to scholars requirements AND gen eds AND major requirements, so maybe you’re better off not doing it anyway - leaving some room to take classes that YOU want to take.
