because I got a scholarship from another school. Although I have no financial difficulty in paying any school, I would prefer to have scholarship and save money for my graduate school. Can I get out of the early decision school?

Early decision is for 99.9% of cases a binding agreement and not to be taken lightly. You are seriously not allowed to get out of this agreement unless you absolutely cannot afford to pay for your ED school.

That means a No. I get it. Thank you!

Have you heard from your ED already that you are accepted? If you are still waiting to hear, and definitely would prefer the school with the scholarship, I would call them and talk to them about withdrawing your application.

Does the university that is offering you the scholarship care about ED? Some rolling admissions schools don’t. This means that you could indeed say thanks but I have changed my mind to the ED place. Your “commitment” there is not a legal contract, it is more of a “gentleman’s agreement”.
