<p>For Early Decision financial aid, we are supposed to submit the CSS profile as well as 2009 Tax Returns and W-2 Forms. Is the CSS profile online? Does that get submitted directly to Columbia? Are the Tax Returns and W-2 Forms the only papers that need to be mailed to the Financial Aid office by 11/16? Also, does the November 16 deadline imply received by the 16th, or postmarked?</p>
