Early Decision Vs. regular

Is it much harder to get in regular decision at pomona than it is to get in regularly?

I heard that the applicant pool for early decision are generally stronger, because people who apply early generally 1) are more confident about their application as they are very strong and well-prepared 2) more financially well-off because they know they can afford the tuition. However, those in the regular pool might be just as strong, as they might be aiming for even "higher schools" such as the ivies and are applying Pomona as their match. So I do not think the difference is that big. Anyone want to add to this?

what about percentage wise?

I think the early decision acceptance rate is 25-30%. For regular decision it's less than 15%, making the overall around 16 percent.
