I applied early decision to my first school of choice two weeks ago. Their ED deadline is November 15th. Do they read all the applications before sending out notices or should I expect to hear sooner?
Depends on the school. Most send decisions out electronically in one large batch around December 15. Some say by the 15th, so those could be released sooner. A few schools release decisions on or around December 9. Check the school’s admissions website or the message board here on CC for the school to which you applied.
The school website usually indicates when decisions come out.
