Given Reed's early decision acceptance rate of 11% (according to the Insider's Guide to The Colleges 2007) is any real benefit incurred by applying ED?

Reed's early decision acceptance rate is not 11%, unless I am mistaken...

For the Fall 2005 entering class:
Number of early decision applications received by your institution: 204

Number of applicants matriculating under early decision plan: 124
