<p>Do they not start looking at your application until transcript/recs are recieved? My application was sent on 10/19 but transcript and recommendation wasn't receieved until 10/31. Will I not hear back until 12/21..the last notification day?</p>

<p>yes, they do NOT look at your app until it is complete. it's hard to say when you will receive your decision, bc they are rolling them out somewhat sporadically. some seem to be taking longer than others. since your app wasn't complete until the deadline, i would think you wouldn't receive a decision until Dec., but i guess there's a chance you could hear sooner.</p>
