Early what are you doing for summer.

I maybe shouldn’t have answered this seeing as I’m from the southern hemisphere. But there is a possibility (if luck comes my way) that I will be moving/flying over the Pacific Ocean and in that case…
I will live with my dad, who works six days a week nine to eight (plus dinners, meetings, seminars etc for him to attend/hold). Everyday I will get up and ready at the same time as my dad, then go swimming in the pool and get fit at the leisure centre near our home, then spend the afternoon catching a subway downtown and getting simple lunch somewhere and visiting big stationary (ahh, addiction) and book (available in various languages) stores. I’ll buy a few things then get back home. Late afternoon, I’ll read and go online on my laptop to chat with friends. And, maybe I will take some music and/or Spanish lessons.
Being school-less and not knowing many people except for those associated with my father will mean I will live this lazy/relaxing schedule built mostly on solitude.
It would be really awesome to go to an English learning camp and teach the elementary students English and look after them and hang out with them too.

SAT! Aiming for a high score XD. Any help is appreciated.

I’m going to be training intensely for volleyball season. Also going to Poland with my church to volunteer as a translator/interpreter for European youth, and Germany for three weeks (taking an intensive immersion course). I have a hunch I’ll be REALLY good at German by the time I get back. Oh, and reading/writing/piano/guitar/more translating/studying Italian during my spare time.

Going on an exchange program to Turkey for six weeks (can’t wait!)

Summer reading/AP stuff

Enjoying all of the glorious time before school begins once again.

I’m actually going to be productive this summer!
I’ll be in France from June 7 to 17.
When I come back, I’ll start a paid internship for a political campaign.
Hopefully, I’ll also start viola lessons. I really want to learn how to play an instrument!
I’ll also be self-studying this consumers ed class for school.
My mom says we’ll also start looking into a car, but I’m not getting my hopes up.

This is so different from other summers.

^ Viola? Awesome! Definitely the best instrument in the orchestra. Not that I’m biased or anything.

^Yea, the violin is just a little too screechy to me. And the cello’s too big. Lol. So I’m guessing you play? How long?

hopefully working full time at a grocery store, playing piano, and learning german!

Directing a camp, VA Governor’s School, maybe doing some Chemistry, Math, or Physics Work at George Mason.

^^ Not really, because I started playing in 5th grade as part of a required music class at school, so I didn’t really have super high expectations. If I’ve ever been frustrated, it’s now because I feel like I’ve hit a ceiling in my playing.
