Easiest Major

I just read this:

"I wanted to add one more bit of interesting information. YOur major is irrelevant. It is only the GPA and LSAT that really matters. Thus, a 3.6 in an easier major is better for admiossion than a 3.5 in a very hard major. Law schools do NOT factor in the hardness of the major or the cache of the school, as strange as that sounds."

What are some easy majors at the U-M?

The easiest degree would be a degree in General Studies. I am not sure if that would be called the “major” or if it would be characterized as lacking a major, but that’s probably the easiest way to get a 4.0.

However, let’s not take taxguy’s or baylor’s word as divine truth.

topics like this gross me out. really??

This is a silly question to ask. What is easy for one person could be difficult for someone else. It also seems like a complete waste of a college education to take up a.major because it is thought to be easy irrespective of any passion or interest you may have in the subject matter. If you want it easy, perhaps you should enroll at EMU and find an apartment in Ann Arbor. Who is going to want to hire a lawyer who is looking to take the easy road?

Everything in LSA except Math, Statistics, Econ, Physics, Chemistry, or any Biology.

Dual major in an Engineering discipline and Physics and then taking every math course that fits into that 18-credit hour point.

But for real: The major that interests you the most.
