What are the easiest sat II's available by self studying and what not?

For self-studying, I'd have to say any of the history tests. Math IIC is fairly simple if you've recently finished precalc.

I thought US History was the easiest. I finished with 10 minutes left and it was my third test of the day (I didn't finish either of the previous two tests). I also took Math 2 and Chem.

Literature- if you're good with that sort of thing and scored well on CR you should do well.

ThisCouldBeHeaven- how'd you do?

800 on USH/Math
780 on Chem

I thought U.S. History and Bio were fairly easy.

thanks! all of you responses are very helpful

I hear bio is easy for self study.
I wouldn't expect a high score if you self studied us history.
the math's are good ones to take if youre good in math.

Math is easy to self study, since we all take math classes at school anyways.
Literature is easy if you are good at English.

I think Physics is the easiest to score high. I didn't even know what a third of the questions were asking and still got a 760... The curve was great.

US history is easy to self-study? Really? I took a practice test after a year of APUSH and didn't score well... Maybe I am just not so good at history.

The easiest is Biology, hands down.

Juggler, I suggested that us history would be very hard to self study for. i dont see how someone could do it. you'd have to read a class room textbook.

Biology might be easy to study, but it definitely isn't the easiest subject to score high due to its super harsh curves (vice versa for physics).
I found Chem to be quite easy, and Math IIC is also a good choice.

Yeah, I was really surprised when I got my 770. Turns out it was a 97%ile, which is much higher than most other subject tests.

Any Language SAT if you are a native speaker.

I'd say Math IIC is the easiest non-language test.

A lot of colleges don't accept a language SAT in your native language, since it shows absolutely nothing about you.

I honestly don't think there is an "easiest one". Lots of people say Bio or Math II, but for me both of them would've been hard, especially Bio because I'm simply not interested in it and therefore wouldn't have been motivated to study that much for it.
