East Coast schools

Hello!

I was pretty set on going to school in California as I live in Southern California, but after a trip north I'm more open to going far away and i'm interested in the East Coast schools. I don't know much about them so I was hoping for some info and what schools would be good for me. The California Schools i'm interested in are Stanford, UC Berkely, UC Santa Barbara, UC Davis, and USC.
I have a 3.77 unweighted and 4.33 weighted and my grades have trended upwards.
1850 SAT score with a low writing score, but I will be taking a SAT class so those numbers should go up some.
28 ACT
690 SAT 2 Physics
AP Physics-4
AP Composition-4
AP US History-3
AP World History-3
I've played Water Polo for 4 years and been the captain for 2 years, and I have a rigorous schedule this year.
I want to study either Physics or engineering something along those lines.

Based on yout criteria, it would be extremely difficult for you to get into Stanford, UC Berkely or USC.
Schools in the Northeast you can try is Bard College, Syracuse U, Rutgers. Maybe Colgate.

I agree with regards to stanford, but if you can get a 2000 SAT or 30 ACT, you can definitely apply to USC and Berkeley.

What can your family afford? If you stay in-state you can take advantage of Blue Gold scholarships. OOS will be costly (up to $65K/year).
