Easy DEC "J" W/ SBS Designator

Can anybody recommend an easy DEC "J" for next semester?

I need one with a social and behavioral science designator since I am a CEAS BE major and my DEC "I" had a humanities designation.

I want an easy class because let’s face it, I am a CEAS major studying engineering, how can you expect me to find a 16 week long class on the world beyond European traditions interesting? Besides that I already looked at all the DEC Js this semester and none of them look appealing to me.

So please don't tell me I should pick a class that interests me.

Appreciate the help

i took a quick look at those offered for fall '10 and if i had to choose, i’d pick mus 311 - topics in non-western music. at least you’ll get to listen to music in class

or just see when you have a free time slot and look up the profs on ratemyprofessors and pick whoever seems the easiest

Unfortunately MUS is under the humanities designation. I’ll probably end up doing the rate my professors thing and asking around.

ANT 385 (Prehistoric Peoples of America) shouldn’t be that bad, Bernstein is a wonderfully interesting and fair professor.
