eating at the dining commons without a meal plan?

<p>so, i was wondering... how can i eat at some of the dining commons if i don't have a meal plan? i really want to go to cafe 3 again, but i'm not sure if they take cash, or cal1 debit, or if theres something else i can do to get in D: any advice?</p>
