Ecomonics-related, taught in English, easy to get in program in Europe. Any ideas?

Guys, I need 3 year undergraduate program in which I'll be able to get into with really low high school GPA and SAT around 1850. However, universities in Europe aren't always consider SAT and almost always just measure a student on basis of his marks. Basically, I need a program with unlimited places; program in which even an imbecile can get into if he can provide good TOEFL score.
These countries I interested in (starting from the most interesting for me): Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Iceland, Finland, Spain, Italy.
Countries that aren't an option for me: UK, Germany, Switzerland, Eastern European countries.
P. S. American universities in Europe aren't an option too. Thx for your opinions in advance: please, speak out!

No programme will have unlimited spaces, unless you count MOOCs. They’ve got to have the lecture theatre space, the staff and other resources to cope with the number of people who come, so there will always be limits.

Well, ok, then at least this programme mustn’t have NC (Numerus clausus).

I’m guessing by your country choices that your funds are severely limited? Being able to pay full fees such as in the UK and France literally opens doors as they have restrictions on local students because of government budgets. Foreigners who can pay and subsidise the locals can get in far more easily.

You’d be in a much better position if you could improve your GPA. Any chance of doing a year at a local uni and reapplying as a first year with vastly improved marks? Do you honestly think you’re uni material right now?

Otherwise, if they don’t think you’d pass the course they won’t want to admit you as drop out rates are kept and compared between unis. The lower this is, the better it looks.

Do your first degree at home, get good marks, then travel for grad school.

Yes, I think I’ll be able to handle uni workload. Going to UK isn’t an option for me because of costs and I’d consider an English-taught programme in France if I’d know for sure that I’ll be able to get in. My current problem is not in inability to study college level material but in my former grades that freaking chase me now and because of which I’ll probably look bad from the point of view of admission committee.

Come on, guys! Who made some research regarding the topic, share some options. I want to study a broad! Especially would be good to get a fool ride!

We’re not here to do your research for you.

As for a “fool ride” - well, that says it all really.

boomting you haven’t noticed “a broad” :))

So you’re trolling?

Get a life.

Nope, I’m for real just in good mud. :)
