<p>so i bought 2 econ books at the bookstore. both ucsd custom editions. they look exactly the same expect one is shrink-wrapped with a connect plus card?</p>

<p>i believe you only need on book, specifically the one with the connect plus code because the econ department’s switching to the connect website for all the econ classes and hence you need the connect code to register and be part of the website to do homework and see the teacher’s updates. hope that helps!</p>
<p>yea i had the class yesterday and he said to get the buy with the connect plus. i can’t believe the bookstore is selling both books. with and w/o the connect plus for the same price. and i checked today. they ran out of the connect plus book. the bookstore replaced the bar-code too like a new one with a sticker. fishy… trying to get rid of the old (per-say) copies.</p>
