<p>Anyone in this field or trying to get in this field? Could you tell me some things about it, and what kind of resumes would warrant an interview?</p>
<p>I used to work for a small firm in SF that did this. There are larger firms like LEK that does exactly these type of things. The discplines really range so the job really varies. Our firm basically had one client and it was more litigation than economic really. </p>
<p>There was a fair amount of travel (mostly in-state so nothing terribly exciting), a lot of working with lawyers and even more temps. Focus your resume on your analytical skills and be prepared to engage in interviews similar to consulting that are predicated on problem solving and teamwork. </p>
