<p>I can not offer much in the way of specific advice about the Economics major at Gettysburg other than to suggest that you contact the Economics department directly. We (my family - my child is a freshman) have found that everyone in the Gettysburg community is very helpful and always willing to answer questions. You could also call the admissions department and ask if you could speak to a student who is an Economics major - they may have a student tour guide or other student representative who could offer you the student perspective of the Economics department.</p>
