<p>It all depends on what courses you took and where your degree is from. The thing with economics is that it's possible to make it a very easy major, but also possible to make it exceptionally challenging (generally depending on how mathematical you take it).</p>
<p>say an Economics degree from NYU Stern...to employers i'm sure the courses really don't matter as much as the actual degree right? but from stern the econ business degree is very respected???? and mildly mathematical i'd say i'd go with, not too intense as to lose the business aspect of it</p>
