Economics GPA 2.8-2.9 can I get into a masters program

I am currently a student in my senior year at CSULB and I’m currently at a 3.0 overall GPA, 2.8 major GPA and 3.0 Minor finance GPA.
If I rock my last semester I can get into a 3.0-3.2. Thats a big maybe though as I feel that I am already overachieving.
Looking at my prior performance seems like end up with either a 2.8 or 2.9 Major GPA.
Im looking at getting into a Master program at another Cal state: Pomona, Fullerton or Long beach, Id rather go to the latter’s because of the option in international finance. However, i’m worried that my GPA won’t let me in as they want a 3.0 + and they also specify that in the core classes they want a 3.0 also like intermidate Micro and Macro plus stats. I did Mediocre A and 2 C’s.

I know that the last hope i probably have is the GRE and i do a lot of involvement on campus and have done so in the past.

Was wondering what my realistic chance would be to get into any of those programs and im also going to throw a hail mary pass to USC.
