<p>I'm sure the absolute education at Northwestern and UChicago would be fairly similar, but the means of getting this education would be vastly different. UChicago is much more "intellectual" (which has been mentioned before) therefore it will better prepare its students for academia. However, Northwestern is more of a pre-professional school so it would most likely have applications to business/real-world situations. But like I said before, what you learn at UChicago is going to be similar to Northwestern, but the way it is presented will be different. A degree at both will be equally respected, so it's basically up to the student to decide which campus/school atmosphere they like better.</p>
<p>That's the difficult part - deciding which social atmosphere I'd like best. I'm going to visit soon and maybe will get a feel for the two schools.</p>
