ED, Admissions Daniel?

I've given it a lot of thought and my college visit only cemented my decision to choose Johns Hopkins. However, my EFC is 0, and I know that people who are relying on financial aid are strongly encouraged to wait until regular decision in order to be able to compare financial aid packages because Hopkins does not guarantee 100% aid. Despite all this, I know in my heart that I do not want to go to any other school, and even if I were not given enough financial aid I feel that I would still try to find a way to go. Now I read somewhere that the financial aid package offered in ED does not differ from the one offered in RD, is that correct? and based on all of this do you think I should apply for ED, Admissions_Daniel?

Thanks!

also, does being a citizen help any more than being a permanent resident in the admissions process?

Sorry but I do not provide advice on whether someone should apply ED or RD to Johns Hopkins. That is a decision each individual applicant must make on their own. As far as the financial aid questions related to applying ED, I have already shared my thoughts on such questions on this discussion thread:

In terms of the admissions and financial aid process, U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents are reviewed exactly the same way.
