<p>Where is this “received date” nonsense??? I see nothing of the sort. On the “processed application” section it says that my app was processed on Nov. 2… is this what they meant when they were referring to a “received date”?</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure they do both. We can get it online at 5 (although it’s gonna crash almost immediately, I would guess), and they’ll send out emails around 5, I would guess in waves. They’re gonna have a TON of traffic on the server, so just be patient, grab a cup of coffee and a friend, and relax. Good luck, everyone!</p>

<p>okay i tried 50 times and it actually didn’t work last week too, so should i just call when i get home tomorrow??? my username and passkey are correct so its a problem with something else. Wait do we get an e-mail at 5 pm as well?? cause i will be really worried if i can’t log in tomorrow and i have to call the admissions office 50 times to log in.</p>
<p>i am freaking out. I am afraid my 2050 SAT score is going to be the death of me… but everything else on my application is really good i guess…? i just HATE standardized tests. Hopefully they’ll see the brown in me. And my grandmother is choctaw native american so i have a tribal number and i get to put it on my application. Thats a helper.</p>

<p>Jollygreen, I hear you. My ACT is a 31 which is on the low end for Brown. Grand. Hopefully everything else outweighs that. </p>

i standardized tests are BS… they tell us to stand out and that we’re all different and at the same time they give us the same test? ironic?</p>
<p>@collegerival, i wouldn’t say apart so much put you in with the group of kids who worked in a lab. For example, we would be in the same “group” since I’ve done research 2 summers. However, let’s say someone is a Siemens finalist in that group, it will make your research look… well… not as good.</p>
<p>oh well. brown is a huge stretch for me… at least i have wisconsin and tulane already… i just dont want to have to apply to more schools.</p>

<p>Jollygreengiant, regarding your previous post about not being able to login, the Brown login page doesn’t seem to work on Firefox for whatever reason. Try using internet explorer or Chrome. It’s really wierd; idk if that’s your problem but it’s worth a shot.</p>
