That is for ED. Legacy is not an advantage in the RD round. @TheWaffleMan149 We are lucky to be legacies. We get an almost unfair advantage. It’s actually somewhere between 40-50%.

I wouldn’t worry too much about a mere increase of 140 some applicants. So many kids in my school are applying to ED Penn who (i’m sorry to say, and not to be mean) probably will get deferred/rejected; Just because my school and Penn has good connection, literally half the kids in my grade who aren’t even qualified will apply to Penn and hope in their wildest dreams that they get in.
