Bc if its the latter, that could easily by something that someone would say if they weren’t allowed to tell.

usually it’s around 5 cst i dont think its been much earlier or later in years past
To clarify she said it was not likely today bc they hadnt informed her. and I forgot to ask her for what day it would come out, although a doubt that they would have told me
If she was truthful and appeared to be informed the day of, I doubt she would have been able to provide that information even if she were permitted.
