ED Deferral, what do I do now?

sighs Still depressed over Wellesley, but can’t let this get to me. I still have hope! It’s not over until I get a firm rejection letter! And even then, I’ll definitely try to transfer into Wellesley from wherever I end up at!

I’m applying to a bunch of other schools now :frowning: Fortunately, I got accepted into University of the Pacific’s Pre-Pharmacy School where I can become a pharmacist after 5-6 years with an annual 12.5k scholarship. I already turned in my application for UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Santa Cruz, and University of Washington. I’m probably going to apply to U of Rochester, Smith, Northeastern, Boston College, Boston University, Stony Brook, U of Michigan, Barnard, Rhodes College, and maybe Bryn Mawr.

This is going to be a long winter break haha BUT THE WELLESLEY DREAM IS STILL REAL YO :bz

Does anyone know how to inform Wellesley that I’ll be making a visit to their campus? I won’t be able to take an official tour because my parents want to take their time looking around, and I’m a bit worried that they won’t know that I visited because I heard colleges cares a bit if you visit their campus.

@blimey911, You should stop in at the admissions office and let them know you are there. You can then ask for a map and other info. There will be some things (specifically dorms) you won’t be able to see if you don’t go on a tour. If you can, I’d recommend a tour to help you and your parents get the lay of the land, then head off to explore more on your own. Another possibility is to sign up to sit in on a class. Your parents can wander quite a bit while you get to see what a class is like.
