<p>45-47% is quite normal for the wesleyan ED period. in recent years wes has accepted about 300 out of 650 ED applications. I'm just curious to see if the # of ED applications rose this year. I would expect about the same selectivity. </p>

<p>The school to which I applied ED has a similar RD acceptance rate to Wes and had an ED rate of about 24%... ED was crazy there this year, but Haverford is a much smaller school.</p>

<p>Superscore means taking the highest score of each section from all the dates the student took the test, I think.</p>

<p>Someone at Wesleyan told me they don't usually give out ED stats or numbers of apps until the whole RD process is over. Don't know why.</p>
<p>i was an EDI applicant, deferred to EDII (and then accepted!). after my initial deferral i was curious and called up the admissions office. an associate dean told me they accepted between 40 and 43% in the first round of early decision. he could not tell me the exact percentage and did not know the number of applicants.</p>
