ED to upenn or brown? need some suggestions..

<p>hi! i'm an international student from indonesia and i'm aspiring to study at one of the united states' top colleges. after weeks and months researching on the internet, i find upenn and brown really interesting. however, i'm planning to apply ED and i have to choose one. i want to major in computer engineering. Which one should i apply to?</p>

<p>here's a little bit of me</p>

<p>SAT 1
1st 1740 = 740 m, 510 cr, 490 w (i know it was horrible)
2nd 2130 = 800 m, 670 cr, 660 w</p>

<p>SAT 2
math 1 800
math 2 800
physics 800</p>

<p>rank= my school doesn't provide rankings
grades = mostly Bs and some As</p>

<p>activities = varsity badminton, varsity volleyball, mini orchestra (guitarist), band (lead guitarist) has won 2nd place in a provincial competition, piano since 10 (played in recitals and competitions, abrsm grade 5), guitar since 13 (also played in recitals and competitions, yamaha grade 6), tennis since 11 (participated in several competitions --sadly, i've never won lol), guitar technician in school's annual band competition, science project won the most favorite project in school, community service teaching village students, math and english club.</p>

<p>suggestions are kindly welcomed -- or maybe if you think i'm a better applicant to a certain university, please list them. =)</p>

<p>Brown is awesome! I'm applying ED. I'd have to say if you want a more relaxed environment Brown is probably the way to go. UPenn I have heard is a great school too. I'm sure you'll love either one. I'm not sure which of them will give you the benefit of the doubt with your great SAT 2's over SAT 1's. I feel like you would do well on the ACT btw...50% of it is math/science. Anyways...good luck on your decision!</p>
