This edit time limit is ridiculous. I hate people re-editing threads way after the fact (for whatever reason) as much as the next guy, but come on. The time limit, if the board administrators are really dead set on having one, should be at the minimum 24 hours. I’ve seen (and personally had) many experiences of needing to edit a post and not being able to, thus being forced to double post, and really don’t think any potential for abusiveness is worth that.
Any chance this could be changed?
