<p>Would it make sense to get a bachelors in Education and a Masters in Biology? Would just a bachelors and certification, etc in education be enough to allow me to teach? Basically i want to go into biomedical research (thats why i want the masters in bio) but i also want to be able to teach as well...... thanks :)</p>
Be careful about a bio degree. Every wannabe doctor who couldn’t make it, or couldn’t afford, medical school wants to become a bio teachers. The field has far more job candidates than it can support.
If you could take enough Chem courses to become certified, it would be a different matter… its a lot harder finding Chem teachers.
