I'm a junior Music Education major attending Jacksonville State University. While attending Law school or getting my masters in Education Administration i'm considering in doing an education loan cancellation/forgiveness program, which basically states that one has to teach in an area where there are shortages of teachers and/or low income schools, has anyone done this before and want to shed some light on it? I'm considering doing it, mainly for work experience and maybe look good on a resume? Although I don't hold that much debt only around 8,000 collectively in the past 3 years and it costs around 15,500 a year for tuition I think it'd be something cool to do while attending graduate school and whynot take all the help I can get?
