i am going to apply to wellesley EE next time around (im a junior now)

good luck ladies!

Four hours… and the evaluation button is up.
so nervous!

I am so nervous right now!!! Closing in on three hours…good luck to everybody!!!

2 hours 34 minutes!!!
Should I take a nap and wake up and then reveal the decision?? No, because I won’t be able to go to sleep…

Good Luck to All!

2 hrs 9 minutes

2 hours and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, …

Ahhhhh less than two hours!!

What is everyone doing right now? I’m restlessly watching really tacky television. Not helping…

From the new “President’s Blog” at W.

Just over 4,400 women applied for a spot in the Class of 2015, a 2 percent increase over last year. Additionally, there was an 18 percent increase over last year in early decision applications

Right now I’m failing at an attempt to surf the web~ I keep ending back up to thinking about this admissions decision…
Does anybody know if it has occured before where a person who recieves an UNLIKELY actually gets in?

Just finished a run…will be going to a team pasta party, then home by 6:30 to await some sort of announcement that is supposed to be somewhat important. Hmmmmm, now I wonder what that could be?

My guess is that with a larger applicant pool to select from, it will be very difficult for an “unlikely” to get in.

^^ No idea!!

And to attempt to answer your question, peachesncream, I read somewhere on this thread that an “unlikely” is certainly a rejection; however, I’m guessing if you found a cure for cancer or solved at least two conflicts blazing through the Middle East, Wellesley would gladly turn that “unlikely” into an acceptance.

One hour and twenty-one minutes. Ahh, I’m so nervous. I almost think that not knowing at all would be better than seeing an unlikely.

Yeah, I’ve heard that an unlikely is pretty much a rejection. I wonder if the larger applicant pool would make it more difficult for the possibles to get in, though.

One hour and 15 minutes.
Just so everyone knows, I already feel a sense of community here, even if we’re “just” applicants. I guess Wellesley has that effect! I’m rooting for all of you!

Thanks and good luck to all~ only time will determine our futures at Wellesley/or not…
So is Wellesley everyone’s first choice?

Ahh 57 minutes!

Wellesley is one my top choices!!! (and probably my only feasible top choice) so a lot is riding on this!!

Also, my cousin got an unlikely, was waitlisted, and then got in–but she lived in Wellesley, MA, and one her friends’ mom was dean of admission…

Should someone make a results/decisions thread?
I would but I don’t know how.

Wellesley isn’t my top choice (I’m really hoping to go to Smith) but I’m still counting down the minutes until results come out!

gahh Wellesley is the 1st I’m hearing from after getting rejected by my EA college x_x

I didn’t know I would be this nervous but I’ve got cold hands and the whole package xD best of luck to all of you ladies!!
