EFL Student Leaders Essay

Hello,
I have written an essay for this summer program (Lesson Plans For Economics | Teaching Economics | Economics For Leaders | FTE.org) and I was wondering whether the essay should be in a story format describing an instance in which you showed leadership, or in a standard essay format where you define leadership and then use specific examples to show how you are a leader, or something altogether different?
Also, what kind of GPA is accepted?
I have a 3.86, and I am applying to Duke, Yale, and Cornell
Thanks

I’m also applying as well. The GPA can be either. Just do 3.86 UW. For the essay, I believe that the prompt is open-ended meaning it is open to interpretation. Do whatever feels comfortable to you.
